Lab.Club & The Faded Community will be hosting monthly free open decks in the heart of Shoreditch.

Within the year, we will alternate between standard FADED COMMUNITY open decks (single DJ slots) and BACK2BACK DJ BATTLE open decks (DJs are randomly allocated a partner to collaborate with)

<> All attendees must get a free ticket (DJ or just dancing)

<> 20 mins slots (Faded Community) or 30 mins slots with allocated B2B partner (Back2Back DJ Battle)

OPEN MEANS OPEN:
We welcome anything from house, techno, breaks, electro, minimal, garage and beyond.

B2B PAIRING:
Genre compatibility doesn’t mean identical styles, blending different sounds is encouraged. However, to ensure a strong flow and a great experience for both DJs and the crowd, certain heavier or more niche genres won’t be paired together (for example, hard techno with Afro house).

Anyone, whether you're a seasoned selector or a bedroom DJ ready to play out. Or you don't have to DJ to attend, come to dance, discover new music and connect.

This night is about community, creativity and shared energy behind the decks.

<> We can only accept digital DJ's who have a USB formatted correctly for Pioneer
<> BYO headphones
<> No laptops

Mixer: Pioneer DJ DJM-A9
Vinyls: Audio-Technica AT-LP 140XP

Please bring your own cartridges and needles if you wish to play vinyl
