Are you the DJ we’re looking for? TRY OUTS to get a taste of the battles.

Just show up and put your name down for a chance to play against other DJs MUST GRAB a FREE TICKET on RA if you are coming Then register to "try-out" on the night If you've been to the battles before, then you'll know that rounds are quick, fast, raw and high energy. If you haven't been, then you're in for a ride.

{THE HEATS rounds} If you get picked from registration, you'll get 5 minutes to power-mix and show off your skills, track selections and vibe. The music can be any genre and bpm. You will go against other DJs picked at random to swap usbs out and transition to someone else's mix. Each heat will consist of 4 DJs, The judges (Back2Back DJ winners and alumni) will pick 1 DJ per heat to go into the next round. There will be 4 heats in total

QUARTER FINALS If you go through, you will be versing the judge that chose you. You both have 5 mins each to power mix to win the crowd's vote (through screaming). There's no telling who will be through to this round. It could be the judges, or it could be YOU the new DJ on the block. Again, there's no rules on genres or bpms

SEMI FINALS This round will give you another 5 mins to show off to the crowd to gain their love, and screams. To be voted to the final round. Again, there's no rules on genres or bpms

FINAL ROUND The last 2 DJ standing will go on a 15 mins pure back-2-back and track-4-track round to test how you take back the mix and track selections, curation and engagement with the crowd. All to finish the night with ONE winner - regardless if it's the OGs or the newbies.
